HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE? 

IT TAKES 2-4 BUSINESS DAYS TO PROCESS AN ORDER. IF YOU SELECTED FIRST CLASS SHIPPING METHOD, SHIPPING WILL TAKE 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS. IF YOU SELECTED PRIORITY SHIPPING IT WILL TAKE 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS. IF YOU PLACE AN ORDER AFTER OUR BUSINESS TIMES YOUR ORDER WILL BE PROCESSED THE FOLLOWING BUSINESS DAY.

WHAT IS A MADE TO ORDER OR PRE-ORDER ITEM?

MADE TO ORDER ITEMS ARE MADE ONCE THE ORDER IS PLACED. A PRE-ORDER ITEM MEANS THAT THE ITEM HAS NOT BEEN RELEASED YET AND IT ISN'T CURRENTLY IN STOCK.

I ORDERED A PRE-ORDERED or MADE TO ORDER ITEM, WHEN WILL I RECIEVE IT ?

PRE-ORDER AND MADE TO ORDER ITEMS COULD TAKE UP TO 3-4 WEEKS. IF YOUR ORDER INCLUDES A (1)  PRE-ORDERED ITEM, YOUR ENTIRE ORDER WILL SHIP TOGETHER.

HOW DO I KNOW MY SIZE?

IF THE SIZING IS NOT DISPLAYED IN THE DESCRIPTION BOX OF THE ITEM, PLEASE CONTACT US BY SUBMITTING A FORM ON OUR CONTACT PAGE.

CANCELLATION POLICY

ORDERS MAY ONLY BE CANCELLED UP UNTIL 48 HOURS AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED. IF AN ORDER HAS ALREADY BEEN PROCESSED, IT CAN NOT BE CANCELLED. PLEASE SEND AN EMAIL TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER.

RETURN POLICY

UNFORTUNATELY, WE CURRENTLY WORK ON A NO RETURN POLICY! IF YOUR ITEM IS DAMAGED, WE WILL MAKE AN EXCEPTION. YOU HAVE ONLY 2 DAYS AFTER THE ITEM HAS BEEN SHIPPED TO YOUR ADDRESS TO REPORT A DAMAGED ITEM. WE ONLY ACCEPT EXCHANGES IF YOU HAVE PURCHASED THE WRONG SIZE, DEPENDING ON THE AVAILABILITY OF THE ITEM.
